A little about me
My journey from a small Mexican village in Zacatecas to where I am today has been remarkable, and I am grateful for everyday. Born into a close-knit community, I took a lot of pride in my school work always doing my best, and that dedication to learning has continued to help me grow each day. However, life took an unexpected turn when I became the primary caregiver for my ailing mother, a responsibility I embraced with grace and compassion.
In pursuit of a brighter future, I seized the opportunity to become an Au Pair and moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan. For two years, I dedicated myself to caring for and guiding three children, aged 4 through 7, fostering a supportive environment that transcended cultural boundaries. This experience not only honed my interpersonal skills but also deepened my commitment to making a positive impact on others' lives.
Now, as an assistant manager at MeltTools, a small business specializing in designing and manufacturing cameras for welding visualization, I continue to channel the same dedication, diligence, and passion for helping others. My ability to navigate challenges and thrive in diverse roles reflects my adaptability and tenacity. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of embracing challenges head on, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around me.
